Each featured club controls the Featured Club Choice Pool. They can keep it for their club, give some back to Menai Muttineers, and/or support approved charity partners. The full pool must be allocated before the campaign goes live.

Privacy
Rolling Starts uses account information and game data to provide sign-in, paid game credits, trophies, leaderboards, fraud prevention, support and fundraising records. Depending on how you sign in, this can include your display name, email address, sign-in provider, game results, purchased-pack history, help requests, purchases and technical/security records.
Public player leaderboard entries use your chosen display name rather than your email address. If you choose a flyball club, your club name and your future game results may also contribute to public aggregate club leaderboard statistics; your email address is not shown with those club statistics. Payment processing is provided by PayPal; authentication, database and security services are provided using Firebase / Google services.
Guest play is temporary and is not used to save trophies or leaderboard progress. Signed-in players can request account deletion from the account screen.
Before switching LIVE payments on, Menai Muttineers must add its final privacy contact details, retention periods and any country-specific notices required for the audiences it actively targets.
Game terms
Rolling Starts is a flyball training and fundraising game. App results are for entertainment and training only and are not official flyball judging times. Leaderboard positions do not have a cash value and must not be used as proof of official competition performance.
Players must not automate button presses, manipulate timing, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer paid credits, submit false results or deliberately claim membership of a club they do not represent. Results may be hidden, accounts suspended and abusive traffic blocked where needed to protect the game and other players.
Paid starts are digital game credits. Payment must be authorised by the payer. Where a refund is required or agreed, it is processed through the payment provider and unused credits associated with that purchase may be removed. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
If a player is below the age at which they can independently consent to online services or make payments in their country, a parent or guardian must supervise and authorise their use.
Featured-club fundraising statements identify the applicable period, beneficiary and calculation basis. The current public percentage split is shown throughout Rolling Starts. Each payment keeps the percentage snapshot that applied when it was made.
A featured organisation is not entitled to a month until Menai Muttineers confirms the arrangement and the required allocation and agreement steps are complete.

These are the big public feature switches. Multiplayer can stay completely hidden until you are ready for the surprise launch.
These prices are used by the secure payment backend. Keep environment on Sandbox until every payment path has been tested.
These settings update the public app without another code deploy.
Applications stay in submission order. Approve suitable clubs, then allocate the next approved club to the next free month. A club is not publicly promoted until its agreement is confirmed.
Club names are canonical records. Add aliases such as “Muttineers”, “MP” or common abbreviations so sign-up suggestions can match what people type. Test clubs are excluded from public club rankings.
Choose a club, copy the test sign-up link, then open it in an Incognito / Private window and create a separate account. This gives you the genuine normal-member journey rather than impersonating anybody.

Operational reports are generated from verified payment, ledger and game records. Annual reports are management/accounts summaries, not a substitute for statutory accounts or tax filings.
